This employee recognition program from Dubai Electricity & Water Authority has celebrated its 9th anniversary and is still going strong encouraging participation in employee involvement and suggestion programs.
The program annually recognizes employees and teams for their Knowledge Management Involvement and contribution. Through this program, employees get recognition of effective utilization of various knowledge management tools, techniques, and practices. The honorees are selected from the employees who have exceled in their achievement based on predefined criteria.
DEWA was the first organization in the UAE and GCC region to start an award for employees to recognize their contribution to knowledge management practices. The Share K. Recognition program started in 2011 and has been successfully running for the last 9 years.
